The Customer Experience team work in the background supporting all of our customer facing teams to ensure that any interaction with customers is the best it can be and holding us accountable when they find that it’s not. 

Whether that be through our call listening technologies or helping our customers when they feel that we’ve not met our own high standards it’s all about improvement.  By highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating our successes they help us to maintain a culture that aims to improve customer journeys.
