For many reasons our customers can find themselves in a situation where they’re finding it hard to keep up with their repayments, that’s where our specially trained Financial Difficulties team step in. By getting a deeper understanding of our customer’s financial situation we can offer bespoke solutions that help them to stay in control and continue to manage their account.
