The Marketing Team is at the heart of Vanquis Bank. We develop products and brands to attract new customers, promote propositions in online and offline channels, and devise customer management programmes to motivate customers to use our products. We also manage continuous research programmes and product reviews to ensure that our products continue to satisfy our customers' needs. We are focused on delivering customer value and positive outcomes for our customers.
We're a hard working and fast moving team of creative and analytical people who continually challenge ourselves and our ways of working. We're entrepreneurial and cascade responsibilities to all team members, with everyone running their product or channel as their own, with their own targets and rewards. We operate as a flat organisation, where everyone has a voice and the opportunity to take a great idea and make it a reality by bringing it to market. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in the Credit, IT and Customer Services Teams.
