We’ll show you around our modern offices here in Chatham where you’ll meet some of our agents along the way who will share their experiences of why they like working for Vanquis and how rewarding it is to support our customers. You’ll also have the chance to listen to some calls so you’re fully up-to-speed with what a day in the life at Vanquis is really like!
We currently have many opportunities in our contact centre due to continued growth and progression of our agents, so we are welcoming people with all levels of experience and backgrounds to our open day.
Don’t worry if you haven’t had previous work experience in a contact centre or bank – it isn’t essential. We’re looking for people who are passionate about customers and proud to deliver a first class service for them.
