Giving a great experience for our Customers is paramount so, if they feel that we’ve not delivered on that, we need to find out why. 

That’s where our Customer Relations come in, working closely with our customers and various departments throughout the Bank you’ll delve deep to find out exactly what has happened and come up with the best resolution.  But it’s more than that, you’ll help maintain a culture that aims to improve our customers’ journey with us and ultimately reduce the causes of customer complaints.
